House Manager Key Responsibilities

To provide community leadership and foster a culture of mutual respect and belonging for all residents. To mediate resident conflicts and facilitate regular house meetings. To oversee daily operations of general upkeep with the home & ensure all safety standards. To assist residents in connecting with external resources such as VA benefits, vocational training, social services, and or disability advocacy groups. Help reentry residents with structure and encouragement to make transitions.

Qualifications

- Senior Citizen: Age 65 years or older; (some exceptions allowed).

-Disabled Individuals with chronic disabilities of any age.

- All individuals must be mobile (ambulatory, cane, walker, rollator, motorized wheelchair, prosthetic, etc.).

- Composed behavior.

- Compliant with medications and medical appointments.

-Alcohol and Drug-free.
